Welcome to the part where you meet me.
A long story made short, and the short story made true.
My path to this work was its own spiral.
I'd been surviving inside the patterns I was handed long before I knew there was another way to live.
My pattern with co-dependency started young, with my mom. After my dad was diagnosed with cancer I learned to attune to her so completely that I lost the thread of myself. By the time I was in my own adult life, I had no map for who I was beneath all the meeting of other people's needs. I just thought that was love. I thought that was "being good", and if I was good, then I would be lovable.
So I did what I thought I was "supposed" to do, I built a life that looked right from the outside. I had a great career, a home in two states and I married someone who needed what I was best at offering, completely disappearing into someone else's reality. I had no idea who I was, what I liked or why I was so unhappy. I was a victim to the reality I was creating, and I was completely unconscious to it.
The way I was living was slowly killing me.
I didn't have the language for it then. I just knew I was tired in a way that sleep didn't fix, anxious in a way that I didn't understand, and a creeping feeling that the life I was performing wasn't mine by choice. I was screaming on the inside. From the outside I looked fine.
The years of inner work that followed were not linear, or easy. They were a spiral. It started with Rapid Transformation Therapy, deep trauma work to stabilize my nervous system. Over a three-year inner journey, and with holistic support, I built my foundation. At the same time, I navigated COVID, a divorce, a new relationship, selling and buying properties while rebuilding my life in a new way. Once I was on the other side, more aligned than ever, I heard the call to be in service to others. Inspired by friends and facilitators I began the search for what felt true for me.
Beyond Quantum Healing was the first modality that gave me a full body 'yes'. I was drawn to this work before I truly grasped the power and possibility it offered. I trained in that first.
The Institute for Coaching Mastery came second. Once I understood the importance of integrating altered and expanded state experiences. The bridge between our true Essence and being deeply, beautifully, joyfully human. This is the framework I needed to accelerate my own journey.
It was through these two pieces — the depth of expanded-state work and the grounded relational craft of mentoring — that my own life became immeasurably deeper and more fulfilling. I discovered my true Essence and identity. Not someone new. Someone who had always been waiting under everything I'd been performing.
This is the work I now offer. Not because I have it all figured out, but because I know the territory. I know what it feels like to be lost inside someone else's story, and I know what it takes to find your way back to your own.
The qualities I've worked hard to embody, and that I hold for you.
A grounded presence.
I don't rush. I don't need you to be different from how you are. The room I create is calm enough that what wants to surface can come up safely. I meet you where you are.
Nonjudgment.
I have my own history with shame and self-criticism, which means I recognize them quickly in others and I refuse to feed them. What you bring is welcome. All of it. I know there is nothing wrong with you, and I will support you in remembering that.
An individualized approach.
No two clients are the same, therefore no two containers are the same. From your goals, to your blocks, your willingness and discipline, I will hold your vision for you if you lose track. You're held from beginning to end, a safe place to rest while you transform from the inside out.
A deep trust that you already hold the medicine.
My job isn't to fix you, hand you wisdom, or position myself as the expert on your soul. My job is to hold the threshold and to remind you of what you already know — until you can remember without needing me to.
A commitment to my own work.
I am more committed than ever to my own work so that I come to each session energetically clear, emotionally stable and with an open connection to my intuition, my true Essence.
Where my work was shaped.
Beyond Quantum Healing (BQH) Practitioner
Trained online and twice in person with Candace Craw-Goldman, the creator of BQH and an evolution of Dolores Cannon's Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique. BQH is a heart-based, intuitive approach to expanded-state journeying that allows clients to access their own Higher Self, soul memories, and inner wisdom.
Quantum Connect (QC) Practitioner
Also created and taught by Candace Craw-Goldman, I trained in QC as a complementary, focused doorway to the subconscious. This is useful for clients with a single pressing question or as a preparatory step before deeper BQH work.
Mastery Method-Trained Mentor
Completed training at the Institute for Coaching Mastery with Alyssa Nobriga. Here is where I learned the importance of working somatically, unconsciously, behaviorally, with mindset and emotions to get to the root of patterns and limiting beliefs that keep us from living a life in-joy.
A commitment to my own personal and spiritual evolution
As a facilitator of expanded states and as a mentor, I am devoted to my own evolution. I do this both to connect to my Essence and to live a deeply human, joy-filled, life. My practice includes breathwork, meditation, being coached and mentored, expanded state journeys, and a devotion to learning all I can as our collective reality shifts into a new dimension.
A glimpse of me outside the room.
There is more to my journey back to Self that I haven't mentioned. I have been a flight attendant for 20 years. It's given me stability, community, and a kind of long, slow witness to my own becoming. I saw myself in deep survival mode, a victim of my circumstances, taking everything personally for years. Then the pendulum swung. When I realized I was only responsible for my own emotions and others for theirs, I went out of integrity in the other direction and was treating people unkindly. Now, work is a joy. I connect with people every flight, and I see myself showing up authentically.
A view from the work I've done for twenty years
I've been training in Krav Maga for six years. I remember the moment my instructor said, "You can learn all the self-defense in the world, but if you don't think you're worth saving, you won't use it." To say I felt that to my core would be an understatement. At that point in time, I didn't believe I was worth saving. As I was healing emotionally, I was healing the relationship I had with my body and learning how to physically feel safe in the world.
I have a wonderful husband who supports me. We laugh every day, even when we don't see eye to eye, and we are each other's safe place. The clearest picture of us is on vacation. We don't make plans, we don't set an alarm, we don't rush the day. We wake up slowly and play cribbage while we drink coffee. We let the day unfold as it wants to. We're so scheduled in our day-to-day lives, this is how we reconnect and rest. We travel not to manufacture a reason to be happy but to be in the moment with each other in an unhurried, authentic way.

I love conversations about consciousness, altered states, purpose and identity. The teachers I keep returning to are Dr. David R. Hawkins — Power vs. Force and Letting Go especially. He teaches that we are here to experience experiences, to learn to use applied kinesiology to feel the truth in the body, and how to feel our feelings rather than escape them. And Alyssa Nobriga and her Mastery Method, which beautifully weaves the metaphysical and physical, the spiritual and the human. Her framework has supported thousands in finding freedom from limiting beliefs and patterns so that they can live a more authentic, present and joy filled life. I'm so grateful for her course.
I have two dogs. Rinnah, a 5-year-old husky mix, and Oliver, an 8-month-old Rat Terrier. One of my favorite summer rituals is sitting next to Campbell Creek while Rinnah plays in the water. Oliver is still deciding if he's a water dog — he might be a sit-with-me-on-the-bank kind of guy.
I am also, right now, in the work of being seen. Showing up online as a coach and BQH practitioner is moving me through the fear of being seen and of doing it wrong. I'm coming to know that my voice matters, and that letting it be heard is what makes me visible to the people who are meant to find me.
If you have read this far, something is asking to be met.
The first step is always a Clarity Call, an unhurried conversation where we get honest about where you are, what you most deeply desire, and what may be standing in the way. You will be deeply seen, heard, and served whether or not we decide to work together.
